There’s this tiny little thing called HIPAA that regulates what I can and can’t disclose in reference to medical calls. Seeing as the penalties are only a fine of between $50,000-250,000, and a jail sentence of up to 10 years, I’m going to make sure that I don’t violate it.

The calls I document really happened. That being said, all identifying information will be removed, and minor irrelevant details may be changed to ensure the privacy of the individuals in question.
